Tarek played a main role in building the startup, and was technically responsible for all the solutions developed for various clients, building the solutions \ products architecture and develop most of the complex tasks. Tarek is Responsible for One Agile Scrum team and one Kanban team. Lead daily stand-ups and scrum ceremonies for the teams. Work with product owners to groom the backlog and plan sprints.
