- Job Details:Head of Projects (Project Management Department) Leading Team of PM’s - Study Project specs as per RFPif requested by MPH - Attend kick off meetings with clients to define clearly the project scope. - Identify the need for 3rd party / parties in coordination with operations team. - Review with operations that both Technical & Financial inputs, are as per client’s request in the RFP. - Create project tasks with budget hours and deadlines on ERP system . - Participate in negotiations with clients as per request of BD of the project in refrence to any amendments requested during execution. - Present ammendments suggestions to Opeartaions and Business Development based on clients’ request during execution. - 100% project tasks created with budget hours and deadlines on the ERP system, within 3 working days from formally assigned to the project. - Planning - Decision Making - Time Management - Business Acumen - Attending kick off meeting internally. - Recommend project team members to DMs. - Plan for project stages including resources, cost and cash flow requirements. - Ensure that the right 3rd parties are commissioned with the right prices & specs. - Sign contracts with 3rd parties - Ensure receiving deliverables from 3rd parties as per contract. - Approve 3rd party invoices. - Monitor & follow up project team performance and deal with any diversion professionally in coordination with DMs - Validate any amendments required by the clients. - Ensure delivery of each stage of the project with the approved time frame. - Ensure clients’ acknowledgment & approval for all deliverables after each stage. - Manage project resources & cost - Issue periodic reports as per Check list. - Insure the delivery of the project in due time as per contract & amendments. - Follow up with Finance regarding sending & collecting invoices on time as per contract.-Issue performance report for TLs at the end of the project highlighting performance achievements and challenges. - Issue final report after the completion of the project including recommendations & lesson learnt - 0% diversion of the revenue or cost compared to the contract - 0 % penalty due to lateness, lack of delivery evidence or unsatisfactory
