• Job Details:Operationally responsible for 44 KFC, 36 Hardee’s, 11 Chicken Tikka stores • Responsible for the day to day operation including home delivery and the call center • Exploring new locations that best suit the different concepts, in order to increase the brands penetration into the market and enhance the overall profitability • Coordinating and liaising with the Director of Marketing the different marketing plans/programs for the various brands and their execution • Responsible for the annual preparation of the Sales and Operational budgets for all the brands • Monitoring the stock situation and buffer zones for all food items and their relative consumption as per the marketing calendar • Leading an operational team of Chain Managers, Area Managers, Delivery and Call Centre Managers including the entire management at restaurant level
