Check all types of payments, including cheques, bank transfers, drafts, and petty cash, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accuracy in financial records. Verify that monthly payroll aligns with employees’ timesheets, ensuring accurate salary disbursements and compliance with labor regulations. Ensure all supporting documents for transactions and reconciliations are in order, facilitating audits and accurate financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing accurate data for management decision-making. Ensure all accounting practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, minimizing risk and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
