• Job Details:Realize a great project to irrigate 500000 acres At Toshki area. Execution elsheekh zayed canal as a Construction manager (toshka –complex project) including the following. o Main canal 50km length and branches. 1. Earth moving . 2. Excavation in all type of soil including drilling and blasting(35 million m3) by using heavy equipment such as .  Bulldozer(D11, D10 , Kumatsu 375……...).  Excavators.  Dump trucks. o back-filling in compacting layers( 8 million m3). o Concrete works using.  Batch plant.  Concrete mixers trucks. o Lining including the following 1. cemented sand. 2. polyethylene. 3. Plain concrete. o Create canal as double U section 3 km length in back-filling zone with 200000 m3 reinforced concrete (Designed, Field Services and supervised by "Lahmeyer International GmbH "). o Install a great siphon as box section with 4 vent(total discharge 175 m3/second) with total length 820m to cross the water of sub-main canal 3,4 under Toshka spillway channel with100000 m3 reinforced concrete (Designed by "Sogreah "). o Install 50 buildings for labors including Infrastructures (sewage water treatment plants , water clarification plants , sewage and water nets) , pavement and landscape. o Basalt crushing , central concrete and asphalt mixing. o Leveling and land reclamation. o Quality Assurance manger according to the international standard (ISO 9001/2000). o Quality assurance Internal auditor. o Total quality management.
