- Job Details:Administration & Procurement planner – Since May 01, 2016 till present - Determine the needs and put the acquisition plan for parts/services according to the consumption plan and lead time, and through evaluating the spend and risk factors - ensure a steady flow of all materials needed to keep a manufacturing line operating - Monitor the inventory level, to save the stock at the optimal level, and cost - Able to save costs through determining the needs accurately, and promote the purchasing strategy to be applied for a large scale of items go around 30k stock items. - Translation of documents & investigation forms from English to Arabic, and vice versa - Monitor security & cleaning procedures and quality - Monitor & organize training compliance of stuff with HSE regulations - Manage transportation services to expats, and national stuff - Organize meeting agenda and room capacity - Fleet management, and licenses renewable - Review auditing and stocktake of company assests. Elected board member at the cooperative association housing of SGM Project is to build a full service residential compound/camp - Managing and facilitating all commercial and administrative issues with related governmental authorities, and select contractors and suppliers through tenders to build and commissioning the project. Global & local purchasing officer – since June, 2013 till April 31, 2016, - Release Purchase since get the approved PR till collecting the PO at our stores, and follow for payment release according to payment terms - Coordinates and communicates proposal document delivery and costing requirements to the key support functions to meet proposal due dates - Sourcing new suppliers, and select among alternatives through comparative sheet based on the best offer - Negotiate with supplier - Make sure that suppliers are committed with our policy, and code of practice, and apply any corrective actions when needed - Manage the relationship with suppliers SRM ethically - Prepare the purchasing cost savings reports, and keep it updated - Lead the team, and sometimes act as purchasing supervisor - Control purchasing activities and assist and follow up the procurement activities with payments, logistics till get the order cleared and delivered to stores - Procurement Payment controller – since September, 2012 until May, 2013, - Control purchasing orders to make sure they are free from errors - Managing, and prioritize all related payment issues to our suppliers - Follow up for clearing the suppliers` monthly statements to settle any pending issues (payments, or credit notes, …) - Give the approvals to accounts to release the payments according to payment terms, and priorities.
