• Job Details:• Planning, implementing and training of employees on food safety management system to comply with national food safety authority and ISO 22000:2018 • Representing the firm in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits for quality and food safety. • participating in management review, internal audits, food safety team meetings, food fraud team meetings, Emergency preparedness, and crisis response team meetings • Follow-up of Microbiological analysis, pesticide analysis, HACCP

Quality Assurance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Maintaining implementation and documentation of the integrated system of ISO management systems 9001-22000- 14001-45001 • participating in management review, internal audits, food safety team meetings, food fraud team meetings, Halal team meetings , Emergency preparedness and crisis response team meetings. • Participating in 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audits. • Handling of customer complains. • Training of all employees on food safety and quality. • Ensuring the implementation of GMP, GHP and 5s. • Ensure that the final product is complying with the customer`s AQL (Ex. Migrated residues from package to food)
