• Job Details:Technical support, project of construction of residential complex at Cote D'ivoire.  Preparing plans to be adapted to norms and specifications locally applied.  Negotiate the contract to minimize risk and cost and to guarantee the best quality.  Adaptation of contract in order to obtain the most adequate budgeting and technical solutions.

Technical office manager on site Full Time

• Job Details: Management of the contract, observing requirements and obligations, providing the deliverables and preparing claims when needed.  Reviewing and approving the studies and the working drawings of the structural elements.  Preparation of actualized time schedule and the monthly invoices.

Contracts and follow up engineerFull Time

• Job Details: Establishment of planning and the progress of work on site.  Quality control and follow up of suppliers and sub-contractors.  Preparing studies and proposals for variation orders.  Validation of road profiles, excavation, bridges tunnels, culverts and rain water evacuation network.
