• Making the department structure inside the plant and distributing job description to team members. • Negotiating with service providers and preparing their KPI’s to make sure they provide best services with lowest cost. • Setting up coordination procedures (SOP’s) within the department and with other departments to ensure smooth operation for both raw materials and products. • Making training and development plans for team members for both short and long terms. • Building up the plant logistics team by selecting well experienced staff.
