• Job Details: Studying project design drawings, specifications, BOQ and related documents.  Prepare, issue and follow RFQs to vendors, suppliers & contractors.  Contacting suppliers and vendors locally & internationally.  Reviewing technical and financial proposals submitted from suppliers & vendors.  Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain optimum Quality, Prices, Payment & delivery terms.  Prepare technical & financial comparison sheets against budgets.  Prepare technical submittal for consultant’s approval in line with the selected vendor and project’s requirements.  Issuing and revising purchase order & contract agreements.  Verify the required delivery dates to site with the planning department according to the project time schedule.  Arrange and attend kick-off meetings with the assigned subcontractors in order to introduce them to the project’s crew.  Provide the quality control with all required data such as approved technical submittals, approved material samples and the consultant approval sheet in order to allow them to execute the material inspection request.  Review and issue periodically project progress procurement reports.  Prepare and update the weekly/biweekly/monthly reports (procurement schedule, submittal log and contracts log).  Attending weekly progress meeting representing the procurement department.  Using Oracle System for issuing POs and contracts. Projects:  Jet Propulsion Center in KAIA, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.  Riyadh Metro “Lines 4, 5 & 6”, Saudi Arabia.

• Job Details: Studying tender drawings, specifications & related documents.  Producing shop drawings for all mechanical activities (HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing).  Coordination between all electromechanical activities.  Applying international standards like ASHREA, SMACNA & NFPA.  Preparing of RFIs.  Preparing & Revision of Materials Submittals.  Preparing materials take-off & quantity survey.  Control of materials.  Making of hydraulic calculations for all mechanical activities (HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing).  Preparing load estimation in HVAC activity (by using of HAP). • Job Details: Studying project tender drawings, specifications, BOQ and related documents.  Producing shop drawings for all mechanical activities (HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing).  Coordination between all electromechanical activities and other trades.  Preparing load estimation in HVAC activity (by using of HAP).  Preparing materials take-off & quantity survey.  Prepare technical submittal for consultant’s approval.  Issuing and revising purchase order & sub contract agreements.  Reviewing and generating Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure alignment and to identify materials types & quantities and prepare equipment lists and rough drawings for cost estimation.  Interpreting and following company tendering processes and procedures to ensure all aspects of tenders are met including relevant discipline codes and standards.  Procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements within approved budgeted cost.  Negotiation with suppliers and selecting the best.  Preparing of value engineering & cash flow. Projects:  Apache Facility Requirements, Kattamia Air Base, Egypt.  Oil & Gas projects as offshore projects for Rehabilitation of Rigs in the red sea.  Many different types of projects in bid stage (Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Retails & Outlets) in Egypt & Gulf Region.
