• Job Details:• Manage the day-to-day E-Commerce fulfilment operations. • Manage picking and dispatching teams to ensure all activities are performed effectively and seamlessly. • Manage everything related to first mile and last mile delivery cycle. • Maintain first mile and last mile delivery team SLA success ratio and other performance metrices. • Manage marketplace sellers to build their business on capiter. • Follow up on all suppliers invoices. • Maintain accurate supplier Stock, Prices, SKU. • Answer suppliers' inquiries and requests and address their needs.
