• Job Details: Quality Assurance Section Head. ▪ Assure that all production processes are fitting the approved procedures. ▪ Supervision of the Performance of laboratory tests to determine different characteristics or composition of raw materials for such purposes as quality control, process control, or product development by performing the following duties: Sets up, adjusts and operates laboratory equipment and instruments. ▪ Preparing requested reports for laboratory work. ▪ Manage all laboratory activity and Supervise QA staff . ▪ Assure that technical complains and comments from customer are well treated to meet customer requirements. ▪ Perform visits to different clients to understand their operations to improve customer satisfactions. ▪ Continues improvement of the process and lab operations. ▪ Establishment all SOPs and work instruction related to all quality activities including sampling, samples preparation, testing & reporting. ▪ Maintaining proper environment for all lab activities .complying with standard management systems (ISO 9001:2015). ▪ Prepare the Laboratory for ISO17025 acquisition.
