• Job Details:In charge of the management of maintenance and operation for rolling stock [3 lines] and responsible of safety and quality to subway operating. Responsible manager for the follow-ups and breakdowns. Supervising the technical offices for each line of the subway. Assist in bids, tenders and stores in every workshop and supervision departments. Handling the accounts for trickle operation of the fleet. Analysis of all the defects for three lines and reporting periodically. Responsible for monitoring the performance of technicians and maintenance work in the workshops. Reliability improvement software in Quality Control division. Maintenance Improvement software in Quality Control division. Fleet Introduction, fleet operations and depot operations. Design all the maintenance and operation software and programs for the three lines of Cairo Metro. Design all operating tables for the Cairo Metro. Design HR and Store software.
