Electrical Maintenance Engineer Instructor (Assessor)Full Time

• Job Details:Working as L&D (Competency) Consultant and Electrical Trainer in Basra, ExxonMobil “EMIL” “WQ1FOD” to support Operation Readiness department for the following project: • M130 DS6 & M137 DS7 Wet Treatment crude oil plant • IoT (Initial Oil Treatment) Plant • Electrical Infrastructure, 33kv Power Distribution & OHTL Lead and manage a technical trainer (CMAS Team) and lead the training activities for the Staff Program and support the overall staff program and develop local capacities and working with the trainers to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, setting clear team goals and, delegating tasks Develop training and competence plans for review with the client and management team and participate in the development and continual improvement of Talent Management Policies and Procedures. Identify and assess the training needs (Gap Analysis) of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with clients. Support the business and participate in the continuous review and development of competency-related systems and processes to ensure they remain robust and fit for purpose. Developing L&D dashboards and presentations on training activities, results, and insights for management to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
