• Job Details:• • Perform Scoping, intake on all new projects & help the Project Sponsors & owners in identifying the Key mile stones, deliverable along with Risks that may impact successful delivery of the Project • Upon successfully scoping the project initiate Project kickoffs and feed the Projects in to the Market or Regional Project Delivery organization & Monitor the Project progress whilst mentoring/Coaching the PMS • Interfacing weekly with the vendors ensuring that all deliverable stay on track & will be completed in a timely & cost effective manner • Perform Deep dives & Gap Analysis on all Projects & communicate critical Risks with mitigation strategies to Market & Regional Sr Leadership Teams • Responsible for all Major Deployments the project • Initiation, Planning ,Execution Monitoring ,controlling and monitoring the project and finally closing the project • Provide network performance dashboards and reports to senior management on all network parts • design, project implementation, and analyzing data • Management responsibilities include technical education and training. • Provide visibility to critical risks with mitigation strategies to the Regional Directors • Build relationships with Market/ Regional Directors and SR Managers & help them get on board on strategy selected and collectively drive towards the agreed upon goals • Perform Vendor Management & cost reduction & provide strategic input based upon cost & speed to delivery analysis for Vendor selection • Establish project processes & governance with the focus of reducing cost, increasing efficiency whilst increasing operational efficiency by removing functions that are being duplicated across the organization Put Future plans, Put yearly budgets. • Decision maker regarding the IT equipment including hardware, software, services and consumables. • Install VPNs between Hotels and head office • Implemented and Installed Internet provides with new technology ( Internet through power line networks) • Designing & Installing Wi-Fi . • Fully support financial department, Soft opening two hotels • Managing and troubleshooting hotels problems related to S\W, H\W, LAN, WAN, • ADSL and Wireless connections, include experience with Cisco routers, switches, Internet firewalls, and wireless technology • Design and implement Point of sale system and Electronic Voucher Payment system for ISP • Managing and troubleshooting hospitality applications (Opera PMS, Materials • Control, Micros 3700&9700;, Sun System v4.2.6-V5, CCPRO, COMSYS, Micros 3700\9700 and Call Visor) • Implementation ERP system with Linux platform • Customize group policies and security permissions through windows environment. • Monitor performance and reliability of servers and workstations • Installing and supporting ADSL, LAN, WAN, wireless and Wi-Fi connections • Regularly reporting documented logged problems to director of IT, reasons, and solution, date\time and avoidance methods • Familiar with Android systems • Administration and maintenance of networks (VoIP and Data) • Designing & Implementing Installing the network infrastructure for new 5 star hotels (Club Med Hotel)
