• Job Details:• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. • Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct. • Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately every month. • Follow-up, review, and closure of accounts periodically on ODOO. • Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts. • Manage relationships with banks, vendors, and other external parties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction. • Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits. • Ensure timely bank payments. • Follow up on receivables, payables & collections. • Manage liquidity, cash flow, bank transactions & transfers. • Perform financial analysis and report to management as needed. • Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion. • Maintain and monitor the fixed assets system & depreciation. • Review the monthly payroll sheet to ensure that all the paid salaries and their related deductions are calculated correctly according to income tax and social insurance laws. • Prepare all Tax Returns (WHT, VAT, Income, and Payroll) and provide them to the Tax Authority. • Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end. • Handling any related disputes with departments and external entities. • Support in other tasks as per business needs.
