• Job Details:• Reviewing the tender documents (Bill of Quantities, specifications, design drawings..etc.). • Establishing & maintaining a line of communication with the consultant & the client, sending a comprehensive set of clarifications to validate the documents provided to eliminate any discrepancies between said documents if any. • Contacting vendors for financial & technical offers, evaluating the provided offers from a technical point of view to ensure compliance with the project’s requirements & negotiating a favorable price during the tender phase to ensure an overall competitive selling price for the project. • Performing site surveys to identify technical requirements & quantities of lump sum items. • Compiling & preparing a comprehensive cost estimation sheet & Bill of quantities that take into account the dry cost of the material, staff/labor costs, overheads, equipment cost, and all other expenses related to the project.

Technical office & Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Technical office engineer and site engineer for two projects (Qantara East General Hospital -West Qantara General Hospital). As the scope of our work in the two projects is under the supervision of Consultant / Consulting Engineers Group (ECG) General Contractor / Wadi El-Nile Contracting Company Which is as follows: Installing distributors, transformers and generators. Supplying and installing (MDBs & EMDBs & ATS & STS) and feeding them. Supply and installation of Medium and Low voltage Cables at the general site. Supply and installation of General site Lighting works. Making a Ground system for the power systems (the Main Power Station for each project)
