• Job Details:-from 1/1/2008 tell 31/12/2012 working as Consultant Architectural engineer & projects manager working in ,residential, recreational and urban planning projects.Misr Italia holding Reporting to the CEO with a scope of responsibilities cover the dimensions of urban design, architectural design, environmental design, accessibility and landscape. Leading the design team , Preparing designs for new projects and Overseeing the design of a variety of projects, including urban regeneration schemes, pedestrian schemes, road or retail schemes, and maintaining the character of sites natural beauty. Establishing the general requirements with clients Advising the CEO on the choice of other design consultants for participation in selective projects. Overseeing and directing, in co-ordination with the relevant Development Management, Project Management and Sustainability personnel, the work of external design consultants from concept to detailed design. Providing advice throughout the construction of the projects in respect to design changes, materials finishes as proposed by the design consultant.
