• Job Details:- Leading Projects. - Creating mobile and Desktop apps for solving probems and operating teams. - Responsible for Egypt Sales and orders Reports, Analysis using Advanced analysis tools. - Sales Automation operations, Handling SUB Distributors and implementing new automation function, Creation of New SUBDs. - Responsible for North Africa Power BI Reports validation. - Ensuring and validation of SUBDs Stocks, IMS and Tracking KPIs. - Sales Automations Pharma and Traditional Trade (Visits, Orders, Vision Score Card, etc). - Geo mapping , implementing , adjusting routes using advanced Geo mapping tools and handling csutomers lists. - Part of Trade Marketing Team. - Training Team on using Systems (Accountants, Supervisors, Sales Managers, Sales Reps, Admin). - Creator of Pharma mobile app responsible for tracking reps , making orders , ensuring KPIs and team contest. - Creator of Sub distributors system ( Retail and Wholesale ) :operated vans , Accountants , Sales reps , Supervisors - Regulated stocks over All sub distributors and reconcilation of it. - Made all channels KPIs - Managed all Channels data of Egypt - Working with Distributors , Suppliers , Stakholders , different teams - Team Technical Issues and Purchasing Devices, operating with them and replacing them. - Handling System errors, bugs, and human errors. -At Reckitt : Creator of Sub distributors system ( Traditional Trade Retail and Wholesale ) :operated vans , Accountants , Sales reps , Supervisors , tracking , Regulating stocks. -At Reckitt : Regulated stocks over All sub distributors and reconcilation of it. -At Reckitt : Made all channels KPIs -At Reckitt : Creator of Pharma mobile app responsible for tracking reps , making orders , ensuring KPIs and team contest
