An engineer with 6 year's experience in the mobile telecom field ,troubleshoot and maintain GSM,3G,LTE network elements ( Nokia ,Huawei ), Microwave links ( Ericsson,RTN,NEC ) and ISP Link ( Proxim and Intracom) , Responsible for the fault handling of environmental alarms ( fire , high temp) ,Follow up and leading a teams of engineers and technicians to handle related tasks (handling alarms, KPI, availability , performing preventive maintenance , equipment installation and commissioning, site survey, site acceptance ).and have good team leading skills including managing and motivating other staff to achieve the company objectives in the requested time ,an effective communicator at all levels within an organization.
