• Job Details:• Prepare project main bill. • Formulate interim payment applications and corresponding payment instructions to facilitate the progression of disbursements. • Conduct quantity take-offs utilizing AutoCAD. • Compile comprehensive schedules for construction activities and formulate work breakdown structures (WBS) by referencing specifications, drawings, and the Bill of Quantities. • Monitor the overall Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works of the project. • Observe, document, and monitor the daily progress and developments of site particulars. • verify subcontractor work, issuing payment certificates to validate strict compliance with the terms outlined in the subcontract agreement. monitor and track payments to subcontractors and prepare and maintain detailed rate breakdowns for the certification of subcontractor rates. • Prepare wastage report take to the actions. • Conduct a thorough evaluation and processing of project retention and final payments.
