• Job Details:Provide direction, funding and budgetary control to the Marketing and Sales functions in the implementation of promotional programs for retail customers.  Develop annual trade promotion plans, including analysis of market conditions and resulting recommendations.  Work directly with field sales managers to develop customer specific plans based on strategic plan and budgeted funding.  Respond to daily distribution and volume opportunities as communicated by field sales, including issues resulting from competitive activity.  Approve and monitor-funding requests from field sales based on business plan and approved budget levels.  Provide direction and answers to questions from Marketing, Sales, Finance or Supply Chain groups as it relates to the trade program and field sales issues. v Monitor and improve trade marketing effectiveness and adjust tactics to changing market conditions.
