• Job Details:Total Span of control: 114 employees – Budget L.E. 100 MM a. Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, logistics and mobile Equipment Maintenance from the receipt of forecasting demands needs to the delivery of end products to customer(s); b. Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire function in creating a world class supply chain management group; c. Maintain and overview compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement; d. Participate in existing and new projects planning processes to assure timely acquisition of related requirements; e. Continually monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance including the regular use of audit and benchmarking techniques to objectively measure suppliers against a range of targets and objectives. f. Plan, Organize, lead and control the logistics function managed by both own fleet and third party operation with the objectives of improving quality, cost and delivery performance; g. Develop a long term demand strategy with increasing the availability of service while reducing distribution costs; h. Design, manage, guide and control the mobile equipment maintenance function to guarantee proper and efficient maintenance performance and cost management control; i. Overview and direct each function annual budget and the required analysis and assure proper spending; j. Prepare relevant management information for the use across and outside the organization; k. Set & Monitor all functions related KPIs that serve in realized the overall organization objectives; l. Benchmark performance using competition analysis and identify improvement opportunities; m. Study and propose new investments in its field and prepare the related feasibility analysis; n. Work closely with all functions within the business in order to ensure effective and efficient interdepartmental cooperation; o. • Job Details:Total Span of control: 14 employees – Budget L.E. 1.2 BB Budgeting and planning function: a. Defining and implementing strategic business plan and objectives; b. Leads execution of strategic projects and initiatives; c. Defines, monitors and reports organizational KPIs; d. Responsible for annual budgeting of capital and operating expenses; e. Responsible for identifying and analyzing business development objectives and opportunities; f. Managing and monitoring annual budgets performance, deviations and financial analysis; g. Manage and follow up on capital expenditure; h. Provides management with economic and industry analysis; i. Provides management with strategic information, trends and forecasts; j. Responsible for Information Management. Business process function: a. Manage and plan the company business processes implementation based on best practices; b. Leads execution of policies definition and implementation; c. Follow up and ensuring adherence to the defined processes by all business areas; d. Ensure overall organizational efficiency and business process competence; e. Responsible for implementing and sustaining global quality, safety and environmental standards. IT & ERP function : a. Establishing company infrastructure including communication and networks; b. Ensuring availability of IT systems as per service agreements with other departments; c. Maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure, systems and Desktop applications; d. Identifying and analyzing technological opportunities that serves the different business areas; e. Develop and unit test the functional requirements of the company ERP systems using SAP; f. Understand and identify The Company’s business development needs; g. Support the company ERP system to ensure their efficient performance, continuous availability and maximum security; h. Responsible for providing continues training on the company ERP system; i. Analyze and sustain Capacity and performance requirements To monitor and maintain efficient performance; j. Control Access permissions and privileges To minimize the risk of corrupting the database; k. Install and test New versions of the ERP database management systems to assure efficiency and high performance.
