Currently the only construction company to be listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange with a share capital of USD142 million. • Preparing activity report accordingly with monthly closing periods, and report it to the top management . Task: * Handling more than 35 project expense, report custodian with monthly report. • Managing the cash expense report and expense allocation for the all projects under construction. • Preparing and adjusting custodian report for the yearly audit process. • Preparing General Ledger entries with for departmental section of the company.

• Job Details:• Reporting to the Financial Manager. • Responsible for all accounting & financial transactions. • Making all journals entry. • Controlling all payments (Expenses, Salaries …etc). • Making consolidation between branches. • Bank reconciliation. • Preparing monthly bank reconciliation for more than 5 bank accounts. • Prepare detailed worksheet of unpaid orders, prepayment, accruals, And other categories required for reports and monitoring. • Keeping record for the advances, preparing monthly advance report and keep track for unsettlement advances. • Communicating Audit's with KPMG for reviewing expenditures documents and ensures that the procurement procedures were correct and ensure that all expenditures were under the budget line items, and fund was available. • Finalizing Taxes settlement (with holding tax)
