- Job Details:• Update and restructure the organizational structure of the company. • Designed policies and procedures for the HR and IT division including all the relevant forms. • Follow up the recruitment procedures for the new employee and confirm his inclusion in salaries and insurance and receipt of employment documents. • Follow-up of renewal of annual contracts (approval by the Directors and CEO for renewal - printing and signing of contracts with employees). • Assisted in the preparation of all job descriptions for the all positions in the organization. • Member of the Commission an amendment to the list of Personnel Affairs Company. • Member of the Commission on Occupational Safety and Health. • Mapped the process charts for several divisions in the organization. • Report and analysis of data for submission to the Board of Directors. • Monitor the stability of the HRIS. • Ensure the accuracy of the extracted data form HRIS and generate needed reports. • Manage HR database updates regularly in order to ensure its availability for any inquiry. • Monthly turn over report. • Design a database for the HR division using Access (Personnel Data - Payroll - Appraisal Performance - Training). • Design a database for the legal division (Law Agenda Program). • Design a database for the Customer Service division (C.S. Program). • Train staff on how to use the database. • Provide support and troubleshooting service to all database users.
