• Job Details:- Ensure compliance to the agreed SLA of IT service level provided. - Monitor PCs and laptops on AD and SCCM. - Troubleshoot, and identify IT raised issues (Software/Hardware) from the Bank users in order to facilitate business work. - Monitor and manage printing issues with the printing business partner “Xerox”. - Maintain sufficient Hardware stock in IT Stores and reorder point. - Provide IT technical support for Bank users in order to ensure business functionality. - Plan and manage hardware related issues “install, configure, and movement” - Provide guidance and monitoring for team members. - Monitor IT equipment and network infrastructure for stable performance. - Review and manage the bank’s platform Image. - Plan and manage for new/upgrade/migrate workstation systems installation. - Monitor IT services provided to the bank’s users in order to insure the level of IT services qualities delivered to users. - Review IT Field Support Team action and ensure complying with Bank procedures and policies. - Check the compliance level of the Domain with the Bank security policy and regulations.
