• Job Details:• Zafarana Wind farm Station with the total installed capacities of 545 MW provided by 700 turbines of 3 different tribune technologies, and models (600 kw, 660 kw, 850 kw). • Maintaining all company supplied equipment, facilities, and tooling • Work as Scheduled during the week and on call as needed or required, help in all areas of facility operations as directed by manager • Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting needs, as a documentation of all work performed, parts used, and time spent using computer-based service reporting procedures • Analysis of data regarding: Productivity, availability, turbines status, alarms, and losses along with other factors • Completes electrical, electronic, and communication troubleshooting • Perform electrical, electronic component repair, and replacement of parts, optical fiber welding and fusion, to correct malfunctions • Periodic Backup, troubleshoot, and restoration of SCADA communication systems as needed • Monitoring of SCADA system messages, Alarms to inform, take appropriate actions accordingly • Troubleshooting and programming of WP3000 controller of Nordex turbines (N43), VMP-660KW controller of Vestas turbines (V47), and PLC and control system of Gamesa turbines (G52).
