Job profile: Running & Leasing more than 300 properties (villas, buildings, staff accommodations, lands and retails) Delivering Property Management through the development process & working within the approved asset business plan. Controlling the financial performance of the company in accordance with the budget. Maintaining good relations with investors, tenants, contractors and other possible clients which reinforces any future dealings with them. Handling the maintenance of the properties Planning and assisting the organization in determining and meeting its goals on short & long term. Recruiting, training & initiating relations with new business partners.
