• Job Details:Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. • Acting as the plant manager in his absence. • Responsible for leading a daily meeting with all departments. • Planning and organizing production schedules to meet specifications and deadlines. • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. • Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal & external customer satisfaction. • Overseeing production processes. • Selecting, ordering and purchasing raw materials. • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. • Assist with the personal and professional development of team members and provide an Effective link between all departments. • Ensuring that key performance indicators (KPI’s) are monitored and targets achieved. • Troubleshoot any process problems and provide root cause analysis then proposals for solutions and preventing any material loss or waste. • Member of the innovation committee for products & Process Improvements (R&D). • Create a friendly and relaxed environment for the Workers encouraging enjoyment, Self-motivation, self-esteem and respect for themselves and others.

 Shift Leader EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Acting as the plant manager at the night shift. (12 hrs. shifts) • Report & Act upon plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance engineers and technicians. • Promote total productive maintenance procedures to further improve the availability of the line. • Responsible for monitoring the production phases and correcting any deviations from the production plan and following up all the production phases. • Assign responsibilities to the supervisors, technicians and labors according to the production plan. • Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal & external customer satisfaction. • Troubleshoot any problems and provide root cause analysis then proposals for solutions. • Preparing a shift report to presented to the process manager presenting production yields and dispatching • Responsible for the factory house keeping • Determining the employees performance standards, following up & evaluating their performance according to the predetermined performance standards. • Be aware, familiar with and observe the company guidelines on Health and Safety, Fire Safety procedures.
