• Job Details:• Developing the documentation system, files, and plans for the Information Technology Department • Developing the organizational structure and defining job duties for each employee defining the responsibilities • Determine job duties for each employee in information systems in coordination with the Personnel Affairs Department. • Manage all servers and define policies and users permissions. • Create and follow up on emails Server for staff in the group. • Supervising the establishment of an information network, cameras, and access points in the Roushdy branch. • Supervising the management of the operation and development of networks in the branches (Smouha, Antoniadis, Roshdy, Amwaj) • Supervision and follow-up of all periodic maintenance of electronic devices in the group • Developing information technology policies and plans in the branches (Smouha, Antoniadis, Roshdy, Amwaj). • Supervise the operation, activation, and training of workers on "DotCare" and follow-up work with the executing company. • Participate with the work team in the development of reports and the documentary session in the group. • Participate with the work team in the development of databases and all forms of bilateral sponsorship.
