Key Accountabilities: • Operations & Commercial o Oversee and provide strategic direction to the supply chain, maintenance, and production operations to ensure alignment with KSA business unit strategy and objectives in achieving the expected growth and profitability targets. o Align with the SBD (Strategy and business development) overall strategic direction for KSA and represent ADD Company for legal, tax and regulation purposes. o Work with KSA Customers / Business Partners to originate and structure ADD products/services in line with KSA market requirements. o Ensure that KSA Business unit strategy is transformed into detailed commercial plans, provide strategic direction in drafting the necessary commercial plan including a competitive pricing strategy for all products that ensure realizing optimum revenue targets. o Provide KSA Business unit strategic direction for the Retail Operations in order to drive profitability and long-term sustainable growth of the unit while achieving operational control and service excellence. • Growth Management o Provide overall strategic direction for the development, integration, consolidation and implementation of growth plans in order to drive profitability and long-term sustainable growth of KSA Business Unit while growing and expanding service offerings and providing a world class customer experience aiming for market dominance, exceeding revenues and achieving operational control and service excellence, aligned with the overall vision and strategy of ADNOC Distribution. o Explore and expand KSA-ADNOC Distribution’s strategic business opportunities in the KSA market by cultivating partnerships or other commercial relationships for creation of long-term value for the organization. o Communicate and coordinate with working partners within ADNOC Group’s international offices to leverage from existing partnerships and create synergies. • Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Periodic management reporting o Directs the development of the annual operational plans and optional budget in line with Group’s business objectives ensuring that adequate funding provision is made for all the activities within the agreed parameters and service levels including effective interfaces with ADNOC-Distribution’s stakeholders and internal contributors. o Oversee the preparation of strategic KSA business management reports in liaison with other groups and functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company vision, mission and values. • Business development o Manage the proactive identification, development of business cases and successful closing of potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities, developing negotiation strategies, examining risk, and estimating clients’ needs and goals, including reviewing the commercial aspects of bids ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and network growth plans. o Advice the leadership on strategic business development and investment opportunities across all service offerings of KSA-ADNOC Distribution to support business growth in line with the overall business strategy and to promote synergies created by cross segment business growth. o Oversee and direct potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, as well as initiating post-mortem analysis of contracts not closed with team, including post bid reviews with customers, in order to maintain efficiency and drive improvement of business development initiatives. • Brand Management o Formulate and lead the implementation of the brand strategy and identity in line with the overall marketing and business strategy and objectives. o Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all KSA-ADNOC Distribution’s offerings, facilities, premises and across media channels.
