• Job Details:I have Extensive experience in Commercial Contract (Local and FIDIC) administration, claims, change order, supplementary Work orders, quantity surveying and progress invoice, in addition to solid knowledge in the project bidding & procurement cycle. Contracts professional of experience since 2005 (over 15 years) worked for international leading engineering, consultancy and construction companies in successful industrial project as Power Plant, Oil & Energy, Cement and Petrochemical projects as well as the current running residential & Commercial & Hotel project. Bring in mind that I have the ability to join any other kind of projects. After I finished my first assignment at EFC Fertilizer factory (train II) in Suez city-Egypt. And then the second assignment for a cement factory (two trains) in Calabar-Nigeria Country via the employer the Orascom Construction Industries Company as a Progress / Quantity Surveyor (Structural Steel & Mechanical Equipment including the painting and the insulation scope), And since I finished my 1st and 2nd assignment with the employer ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions in Damietta city-Egypt in the field of petrochemical projects via (EPCC Contract) of MOPCO I and ENPC II, III as a Deputy Site Subcontract / Claims Manager, then upgraded to Claims / Change Control Manager. Hence I did my third assignment with ThyssenKrupp in Ain El-Sokhna Suez-Egypt in the same field of Petrochemical projects via (EPCC Contract) of EHC which a project of Low Density Ammonia Nitrate as a Site Claims / Change Control Manager, where my responsibilities were: Deviations within an EPC project, OSD (quick repair, replacement), Application / reporting procedure (Monthly project change control reports against Client, Sub-Contractors, Vendors, Packing/Transportation Agents and Insurer company). And then, I am did my fourth assignment with ThyssenKrupp in Alexandria-Egypt via (EPC Contract) of CARGILL which a project of National Vegetable Oil as a Site Contract / Claims Lead as a commercial support for the contract procurement (Provides support to the Contract / Procurement Management team to ensure that all proposals, contracts, and subcontracts are well drafted and administered. And to ensure that all payment in compliance with the contract terms and milestone. Currently I am doing a new challenge with an international leading engineering, consultancy and construction company “China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (Egypt) as a Head of Contract Management for an EPC project Contract to construct the highest tower in Africa with 400m H with Contract Value 700M USD, contains of 33 floor of 6* Hotel, 36 floor of offices and 10 floor of service apartments. My role is drafting, negotiating and reaching an agreement for the Main Contract with Employer and attend all relevant meetings to discuss and review all articles, clauses, appendixes, payment condition, time schedule. As well as for the subcontract scope of work; my role is requesting the subcontractors for bidding, negotiate the unit rates, payment conditions, time schedule and drafting the subcontract based the agreement then follow the advance payment, progress payment until retention payment and close out the subcontract.
