• Job Details:Prepare and record journal entries and accruals. Reviewing, recording, handling petty cash and settle it for all branches. Prepare and record fixed assets. Assist with the preparation of financial statements. Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers. Monitor daily cash balances and determine cash requirements needed to cover losses and payments. Assist with reviewing payroll records. Assist other departments such as HR and marketing with reviewing of expenses. Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue. Document financial transactions by entering account information. Perform month end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue recognition, journal entries, expenses recording, etc. Ensure the accuracy of the trial balance to reflect the real picture of the company financial position. Prepare monthly balance sheet analysis.
