• Job Details:Lead development of conceptual and architectural solution blueprint for assigned projects to meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with established architectural principles, standards, and processes. Provide deep SAP technical and architecture guidance to project teams in support of solution design and development. Partner with other architecture disciplines to develop reference architectures and best practices Lead identification of assets or services that can be re-used by the project teams to drive consistency, cost reduction, and increases speed to market within assigned architecture or functional domains Participate on architectural governance team(s) and processes to guide and sanction critical architectural decisions Advocate the communication of and adherence to defined application architecture strategy. Proactively monitor strategic direction of SAP Vendors, technology and market trends, and determine their potential impact and value to the enterprise. Develop solution architectures and road maps in conjunction with business process partners and strategy teams. Research and lead development of prototypes to assess and build new capabilities in the enterprise. Participate and provide oversight to the implementation of Run SAP standards and/or other industry best practices for SAP operational excellence and product development life cycle methodologies (Agile, waterfall, ASAP) Lead technical integration efforts for mobile technologies and other SAP products such as SAP HANA, SAP Extended Diagnostics, SAP CPS, etc.; partner with Enterprise Architecture, technical and operational teams to make recommendations on preferred solutions.

MS – AX HRMS Team LeadFull Time

• Job Details:Carry out assigned tasks to a high quality and comprehensive standard, achieving high Customer satisfaction in accordance with the entered contractual agreements and the scope of the Project. Understand and apply Company IT Partner’s formalized methods and procedures for project implementation. These activities include: Conduct project scoping activities and complete documentation in line with project requirements that is comprehensive in content. Deliver training courses to meet the specific requirements of the Customer for both standard system and special customization. Co-ordinate and conduct functional requirements analysis and complete documentation in line with the project requirements that is comprehensive in content (including; functional requirements, gap identification, systems change requests, actions, etc.). Challenge customer requests for modifications and consider workarounds or alternatives and assist with the cost benefit analysis. Complete the Customer specific configuration and build of the application in accordance with the functional requirements. Complete the specification and testing of accepted customization and the integration of various system components. Complete process testing and issue resolution, attempting to solve inquiries and error reports independently before involving colleagues and/or third parties. (E.g. Microsoft Dynamics Service Department). Provide Go-Live support and handover to support department.
