• Job Details:• Supervising the work flow in the hematology unit at the main lab branch. • Supervising hematology instruments in the other lab branches. • Creating duty shift work schedules. • A leading participant in creating hematology unit documents (QCs, SOPs, Unit Safety Data Sheets and Unit Inventory files). • Making orders of unit chemicals, kits, and supplies. • Follow up the maintenance of the unit devices and communicate with the maintenance engineers. • Reviewing and approving hematology results on the lab’s application system.
