  • Job Details:• Preparation of procurement plan for both local and foreign raw materials in monthly bases, based on Material Requirement Plan (MRP), Stock on Hand (SOH), Pending orders and Average consumption .... etc. • Implementation of Procurement process including send quotations, get offers, comparisons, negotiation, confirmation, PI (For import RM) and PO creation. • Follow up all shipments including delivery schedule, ETD, ETA, checking copy of documents and tracking number of originals in order to prevent any delay or shortage. • Insure receiving the original Docs on time in full and deliver it to the most suitable clearing agent. • Follow up the logistics team, Suppliers, clearing agent and warehouses sections. • Continuous sourcing and approve new reliable suppliers for RM to improve costs, quality and get the best possible service and payment terms. • Monitoring the actual consumption rates of RMs & PMs against MRP in order to prevent inventory runs out or over stocks and put the required corrective actions. • Coordinate with marketing and sales for any new products/sales promotions, to plan requirements accordingly and follow up the production/Sales plans for the same. • Co-ordinate with R&D and QC for any new Bill of Materials (BOM) activation as well as newly accepted materials. • Issue and monitors key reports as Movement of Sales, SOH, DPR, GRN, In transit report, Coverage report and Item inflation. • Develop subordinates by giving the full information and the required training courses to reach the optimum level required to get the job done efficiently. • Prepare the annual vendors evaluation report according to the suppliers' performance during the month (Delivery dates, quantities, and quality approval/rejection reports …. etc.
