Accountant Receivable July 2011 – December 2015. • Coordination with sales supervisors about whether the daily supply of cash or checks. • Coordinate with the Director of the bank accounts to determine the amounts sent to various banks. • Prepare daily screens deposit whether cash or checks and sent to the Director of the bank accounts. • Receiving the cash vouchers from salesmen and audited and send the report to the Director of the bank accounts. • Follow-up checks collected daily in accordance with the due date. • Prepare Reporting the necessary work such as 1- detailed account statement for each customer 2- Trial balance for each client 3- aging report debit & credit • Prepare periodic Matching to retail customers, wholesale customers and key account customer in the West Delta area every quarter to determine whether there are differences in the Customer's balance. • Follow-up on all the invoices, creation of contracts for new customers, renewal of contracts for current clients, offers, vouchers, the volume of transactions for clients and send the report to the manager of customer accounts.
