Infrastructure Planning ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:I was responsible for ensuring the maximum possible service availability, performance optimization and network design for new buildings, branches, stores, and Data Centers • Studied and assessed new solutions feasibility and complex technical implementation to meet and satisfy the operation availability, procedures and best practices, also I was accountable for network design to switch the traditional DC with SDN based DC and reduce the normal configuration steps time to one third and in the same time the new SDN DC cost was less than the traditional DC with 500K$. • Managing IT Infrastructure Planning Team to successfully o launches projects that support IT strategic objectives, o Collects business requirements and tailors solutions to meet business needs, o Works with cross-functional, implementation and operation teams throughout the project life-cycle (initiation, planning, development and closure) to successfully launch projects related to IT infrastructure within the set timelines, with the requested quality and within the set budget, o Develops a high-level yearly road map across teams for the upcoming projects. o Facilitate the interaction between the internal teams and vendors to assure completion of the requested tasks/actions in time, with the best quality and satisfying service level.
