• Job Details:Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. - Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. - Maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. - Ensure that all KPIs are monitored and targets achieved. - Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process. - Planning and organizing production schedules. - Observing control points and equipment. - Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. - Overseeing production processes. - Monitoring personnel and resources. - Implementing cost reductions. - Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. - Supervising the work of junior staff. - Organizing relevant training sessions.
