Complete report on cost estimate and individual unit pricing for above 300 units based on the view, size & floor thus forecasting ROI. Work closely with different teams across the business, including legal, finance and administration to ensure cohesiveness and transparency. Constantly collaborating with external real estate agents to advertise & market our properties through both online & offline portals to reach our targeted audience.
