• Job Details: Manage and supervise all-company projects.  Manage and supervise the sites Managers and Engineers.  Ensure that all construction works are undertaken to required design, specifications,Standards and QHSE requirements.  Identify any non-conformance and coordinate appropriate rectification.  Oversee contractor progress and identify any progress concerns.  Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction Site.  Attend the meetings and co-ordinate with the consultant as well as the client To follow up the work progress.  Responsible for reporting progress of sites works to the MEP director.  Monitor projects cost and provide top management with timely Identification of deviations from project budget.  Identify problematic design issues and make recommendations for Alternative and cost effective re-design solutions.  Ensure the construction schedule is maintained.  Reports on changes and additions to contractual agreements by Project Management,consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.  Ensure ITP’s and work method statements have been correctly prepared, Approved and complied with the contractor.  Study job specification to determine appropriate construction methods.  Conduct periodic inspections and advise the MEP team and client regarding Compliance.  Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that Proper procedures are being carried out.
