• Job Details:Client: New Urban Communities Authority & 6th of October City Authority Project-1 : Construction of car and pedestrian tunnel Under-Railway using Box Jacking System with OPEMA Engineering & Construction the specialist of Pushing Tunnels ,The tunnel consists of 2 vents with inner width 12 m & 6 m height for each one ,Tunnel length is 26.8 m and pushing length is 27.65 m. Project-2 : Implementation of restoration works for gas works and site coordination around the social housing buildings where site coordination works are being carried out around the third, fourth and fifth districts of the Sixth District in the Ibn Baitak area in the new 6th of October City. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Administration of the contract between the Client and Contractor. • Acts as a prime interface between the Client and the Contractor. • Makes the best to the project to control the time, quality, safety and cost. • Monitor and expedite weekly reports for accuracy. Provide timely data input and/or correction information to insure accurate and beneficial reporting. • Create and track project schedule using Primavera. Identify potential conflicts/delays. and provide solutions to keep projects on track. • Coordination with the Team to solve any coordination issues. • Reviewing all Engineering works. • Working closely with clients to understand their needs. • Prepares necessary daily, weekly and monthly progress reports. • Reviews the Progress and Completion Reports prepared by Contractor. • Studies and approves the Contractors Claims. • Reviews the Contractors Valuations (Payments).
