Providing Warehouse with related documents. 5- Set the sourcing strategy for assigned commodities aligned by dealing & negotiating with European commodity manager contributing to the definition & implementation of commodity strategy. 6- Represent Egyptian purchasing team for assigned commodities in global negotiations & contracting. 7- Prepare annual actions for the commodity managers in contribution to Purchasing saving annual plan to be with good confidence level to be achieved & exceed budgeted saving plan & Identify backup actions to recover any deviation on our saving plan 8- Constantly scanning the market for potential new suppliers especially for the local market. 9- Reviewing and approving sourcing boards when introducing any new supplier to business. 10- Develop and maintain a strong and reliable supplier base. 11- Ensure proper filing, up to date documentation and regular reporting of important data. 12- Continuous support to different departments (supply chain, production, R&D, Finance, etc) and colleagues. Manage/ contribute to assigned projects. - Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are meting appropriately. - Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to the project top management. - Classify the drawing, grouping and prepare the project supplier database. - Collect the offers and ensure that specifications are compatible with all our requirements. - Follow up all samples required and be sure of test results. - Prepare the recommendation suppliers to review them with project commodity managers. - Start negotiation process with all accepted and chosen suppliers. - Ensure execution and support in building up of purchasing strategy and sourcing activity. - Prepare purchasing plans, cost out plans, prepare contracts, and manage it to be fixed-total-cost contract. - Day-to-day liaising and support of Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Operations and other functions in relation to their respective tasks. - Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing the budget, analyzing variances & initiating corrective actions.
