• Job Details:Duties: - Reviewing corporate performance after ensuring reporting tools, dashboards and information trackers are in place and adequately functioning. - Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures. - Issue timely and complete Financial Statements of the company. - Management of Cashflow for the organization/cluster. - Recommends benchmarks for the measurement of company operational performance. - Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives. - Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans. - Develop financial and tax strategies. - Manage the capital request and budgeting / forecasting processes. - Approve OPEX & CAPEX payments in line with approved budget under assigned limits as per authority matrix. - Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction. - Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team. - Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team. - Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments. - Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations. - Manage any third parties to which accounting, or finance functions have been outsourced. - Oversee the company's transaction processing systems. - Implement operational best practices. - Review and approve filings with the Regulatory authorities (Securities and Exchange Commission or otherwise). - Report financial results to the CEO, executive committee and board of directors. - Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry. - Construct and monitor reliable control systems. - Maintain appropriate insurance coverage. - Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. - Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies. - Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors. - Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations. - Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts. - Arrange for debt and equity financing. - Maintain banking relationships. - Represent the company with investment bankers and investors.

Finance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Duties: • Ensure financial policies are being adhered to as set out in the company financial guidelines. • Works closely with the departments’ heads to transform the data collected into critical information that can be used for fruitful business decisions as well as working closely with top management to ensure the collected data has been analyzed and transformed to maximize the group profit and growth. • Monitor the ongoing cash position to ensure effective and timely cash management by ensuring that sufficient funding is available to meet business needs. This includes funding requests or forecasting surplus funds in accordance with corporate and local guidelines. • Maintain production of accurate financial and management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis including balance sheet, cash flow statements/forecasts, income statements and retained earnings statement. • Manage contact betwwen the auditors, and finance to ensure all enquiries are consistently met. • Lead on any recommendations that are suggested in the audit report or management letter. • Prepare budgeting cashflow for projects & for company. • Reconciliation of management reporting with statutory reporting • Work on reduce the gab between actual & estimated budget;working on preventing its recurrence. • Maintain effective working relationships with company’s external partners (banks, auditors) • Built in a strong communication between finance department and other company departments. • Helping the top management in making decisions by providing accurate and timely reports. • Working on increasing the loyalty of company’s employees (especially finance team) to the company.
