• Job Details:Responsible for maintenance and troubleshoot the exchange server O365, Navision 2009 and Active Directory or any kind of troubleshoot issues inside the whole MEI region. Online backup and restore data from live data and deep archive on Nasuni on AWS cloud. Daily check and monitor Veeam & backup replication status and updates for all local servers (VMs machine on VMware ESXi 6.5). Responsible to troubleshoot, maintenance or management for VMware ESXi 6.5 (install or prepare new machines, troubleshoot any issue with current VMs, add extra hard disk or RAM, etc.). Report for any kind of major inside all MEI region and recommend future solutions for these incidents. Responsible, follow up and check all IT systems maintenance contracts (printers, CCTV and attendance system). Manage and control Avaya IP phone system (add, remove user, fax, apply restriction, etc.) for all employees inside Fugro SAE Egypt. Safely backup and restore all company applications databases from SQL 2018. Responsible to regular check for all IT systems maintenance and upgrade. Responsible for check, follow-up and troubleshoot all company EMC storage system connected directly with three host servers through VMware ESXi 6.5 by check and troubleshoot regularly. Responsible to introduce training sessions and create new KB articles regularly for all MEI IT service team to be aware and updated by any new technology or software inside the MEI region and how to workaround it in case any future problems arise. Apply Fugro standards for all IT equipment inside Fugro SAE Egypt. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. Monitor performance and ensure network system availability and reliability. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Collaborate with existing vendors to evaluate the new technology that is available and make recommendations to management on using that technology. Ensure that network expansion projects are in line with the company’s plans. Configure and install various network devices and services. Provide level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues for all tickets arrive inside the whole MEI region. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team. Apply Fugro standard OS updated images and all security patches to be installed and up to dates on all company machines. Record all IT assets inside one document and maintain it up to date which include all IT equipment (laptops, desktops, mobile phones, monitors, etc.). Track all IT equipment inside the project, record it and keep the tracking document up to date.
