• Job Details:Managing all internal IT operations covering: • Forecast software, hardware and ICT project requirements, prepare and plan ICT budget for both CAPEX and OPEX. • Work closely with business stakeholders in other departments to help company commercial processes, in order to effectively map business requirements to the ICT operations framework (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Mobile App Android/IOS, web-based Apps). • Analyze Office and Factory's business continuity requirements and compile required inputs to complete the disaster recovery plan (DRP), and ensure DRP is activated and operations are in place to ensure compliance. • Work with regional office ICT team on many projects in order to ensure effective execution of initiatives in accordance with quality and corporate guidelines: o GDPR implementation to comply with regulation in EU. o Migrated to G-Suite to replace Microsoft office Apps. o Migrated local AD to Join Global AD and infrastructure. • ICT Infrastructure management: servers, internal networks, cross-office secure VPN Tunnels, secure wireless, perimeter security and system administration. • IT Service desk operations. • IT Business applications. • Corporate Information Security controls. • IT Asset procurement.
