• Job Details:• Pricing the recipe of the menu to determine the standard and the average cost, and suggest the best seselling price, then matching the estimated cost to the actual cost results at the end of each month. • Monitor the life cycle of the product, starting from the purchase orders, inventory, manufacturing orders and the sales actions according to recipe. • Analysis the consumption of restaurant departments and matching it with sales. • Doing market survey to determine best price with keeping quality. • Doing butcher test and monitor portions making process according to recipe. • Doing monthly inventory in quantity and value and monitor the stores. • Analysis sales, purchases, expenses, and consumption.to determine the highest and lowest turnout items. • Analysis deviations and searching for reasons then make reports. • Extraction final accounts such as cost report and income statement. • Prepare reports which help make decisions on maximizing profitability

• Job Details: Collecting daily receiving invoices and records it by a computer excel system.  Determination menu recipe's cost to determine the standard cost.  Making monthly purchase, sales and consumption analysis.  Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.  Making monthly and half monthly inventory in quantity and value.  Extraction business results such as actual cost report to make sure that in agreed limits.  Managing budgets.  Assist in preparation of final accounts such as balance sheet and income statement
