• Job Details:• Promote and sell specifications for new developed decorative flooring systems, Injection systems, waterproofing and Aluminum Expansion joints for buildings to Specifiers, Consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, Clients, Developers, Specialized applicators and Contractors through site visits, presentations and Seminars. • Breaking the competitors' specifications for projects on the ground and get the approvals or our products conversion. • Develop Method statements, specification bulletins with required input from Top Management. • Maintain good relationship with specifiers, government departments. • Manage designated consultant target list as “key accounts” for vendor listing upcoming projects. • Understand their structure decision makers and roles they play. • Communicate continuously with sales personnel on upcoming projects. Make sure hand over of projects from specification stage to sales stage is clear and well documented. • Support sales team with input towards internal technical meetings, technical data documentation, legal, warranty issues and customer complaints as required. • Report to MD monthly on activity highlights and lowlights.
