• Job Details:Job responsibility: • Responsible of inspection of all civil & building Works of Area 2 including: Unit #80 (SRU/TGTU) & Unit #16 (HPU) & Unit #21 (VPU) &the Key Person of Q.A Q.C Team at Area 2 of the ERC Plant. • Reviewing of all Concession Requests, RFI’s, Transmittals & Letters of Technical Queries from Subcontractors, Vendors & Client for all Area 2 civil Work. • Ensure that Sub-contractors’ are working adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures and Site Instruction. • Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site. • Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan (ITP). • Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site En-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance report (NCR). • Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System. • Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, , test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction. • Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil and building discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations. • Reviewing and applying of method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project. • Coordinate with engineering and technical office engineers in case of conflict to drawing in-between multidisciplinary departments. • Attending regular meeting with HSE and environmental representatives.

• Job Details:Project description: The project located in Al Qatif city in eastern providence of Saudi Arabia. the project consist of main building ( Basement + G + 5 floors ) with 67,000 m2 built up area , 6 buildings ( G + 6 floors ) for nurse accommodation , Technical services Building , 3 guard houses , LPG tanks , mosque , support service building , chillers yard , ST plant , RO plant , electrical substation along with site development. Job responsibility: • Determine and monitor work method and performance of employees and sub-contractor in order to ensure compliance with their obligation. • Coordinate with Technical Department in order to get the latest approved material and shop drawings. • Responsible for all activities of site works. • Guide site engineers’ team to achieve daily target. • Regularly review and monitor HSE concern at site in order to ensure safe working environment. • Apply project management plan and monitoring. • Coordinate design deliverables to site subcontractor. • Monitor, assess resources in order to complete the project within contract period. • Monitor quality of work and coordinate with Quality Control department to ensure that all activities is carried out with specification and standards. • Review method statement, risk assessment and quality control plans. • Coordinate with consultant and client for solving day by day working issues to ensure all activities will end on time.
