• Job Details: Funding of nostro acc. By way of money market and FX.Transactions.  Providing cover for FX.Transactions.  Daily computation and circulating foreign exchange rates.  Daily compilation and sending of data to global treasury/risk management.  Prepare weekly interest rates market survey of competitors.  Recommend with the chief dealer revision of deposit rates in line with market movements and to meet ALM needs.  Funding of vostro/nostro ACC. on a daily basis.  Handling the bank’s fixed income investment portfolio (T-bills & Bonds).  Money market dealing to handle surplus/shortfall in currencies and to cover gaps in the balance sheet.  Price the received local and foreign currencies deposit requests from branches and head office departments.  Assisting in actively managing relationships with major institutional customers & banks to support current & potential treasury business.  Achieving and maintaining of statutory and bank ratios and limits.  Maintaining of FX. Position within internal and statutory limits.  To keep abreast of all developments in the FX/MM market both local and international and regulatory environment.  Conduct all treasury operations within statutory limits and those internal.  Export the surplus cash in foreign currencies when there is no demand by banks in the market for local use.  Replacing treasury head in his absence.
